I'm a passionate homeschool educator, curriculum writer, and advocate for neurodiverse learners. I'm also a proud mom of four amazing kids—ages 11, 9, 7, and 5—and we've been a homeschooling family for nearly our entire journey. I wanted to tell you I absolutely LOVE this!!!!! The first lesson, Amusement Parks is absolutely right up my son’s alley. He has not really been into spelling lately…many times throwing the papers, etc. but he LOVED these!!! The short spelling lessons are perfect for him…and normally he doesn’t want to watch the “educational” you tube content, but he was really enjoying these on rollercoasters, etc. THANK YOU!!!

Last year, my 8 year old son received all his academics through spelling! It was a really great switch for him and we saw so much growth moving him to a homebound program and using spelling as his method of instruction. I took curriculum and had to adapt all of it into a spelling format. As we prepared to enter this next school year, my hope was to find age appropriate academic content that was already planned and prepared for spellers. Dare To Homeschool provided just that and more for us! I scheduled a discovery call with Laurie to learn more about the content, options of packages and share more about my son’s situation to see if it sounded like a good fit for us. I’m so glad I did! I loved connecting with her as a parent of spellers and hearing how she’s prepared the academic content for the year was so exciting. I know this is going to be a great year and because we are using the all subjects bundle I feel confident that my son will get a more thorough academic plan that will allow me more time to focus on him and less time having to write all the lessons! I can’t wait for the year to start.
